Ana was superb! I had not cut my hair in 5 years so it was a big change to undertake (going short again and removing a 60cm mane). She was patient, kind, attentive, professional and very skilled. all staff were very friendly and welcoming when first arriving for my appointment. Kady was amazing made me feel at ease straight away. She listened and looked at the inspo pics I showed her of what I wanted. Then off to work she went transforming my shabby hair into an amazing cut and colour. Love it!!!!

When my original hair appointment sent me a cancellation text at 3:30am(!), I was in total panic. I was in Brisbane for a major industry black tie event, every salon in town was booked out, and I suddenly had no appointment and none of my own tools to do it myself. But the universe sent me Sienna from Stefan. She had a 9am slot available. Since it was quite early, she put me in curlers and sent me away to return after my makeup was done later that afternoon. Even though she was booked up, she squeezed me in, completed my look and absolutely saved my day. I cannot thank her enough!
